Journal Tiers
Journals được rank theo metrics (Impact Factor, CiteScore, SJR). Simplified:

Thấp hơn Q4: Không indexed, predatory journals → Tránh.
Self-Assessment Framework
Đánh giá bản thân theo 5 dimensions:
1. Publication Experience
